I'm still here but busy getting back into the school groove after a lovely Winter holiday in the Adelaide Hills. It was so satisfying; rich connections with loved ones, a trip to the museum, a beautiful home to house-sit, 4 resident koalas, a pot belly stove to master and plenty of crisp, fresh air and green grass.
It was such a great holiday so I guess it made sense that I would feel some kind of negative feelings after it was all over, kind of like sadness or grief, a real come-down.
And I definitely felt overdue for some time alone on my return.
I decided to take myself out to the new Indian Restaurant, Indian Inn at the Cornwall Hotel, 20 Ryan St, Moonta for dinner, it was so DELICIOUS and peaceful. Wining and dining myself was a new experience and one that I will definitely do again when I need to nurture myself.
I highly recommend the beautiful food there. They also have $10 lunch specials from Tues-Sunday, that is amazing value. Available from 12-2.30 pm....Butter Chicken, Lamb Korma, Beef Madras, all served with rice for $10!
Til next time xx
