Happy Thermochef Owner, Update #2

All is going well with my Thermochef, I've had it for over 5 months now and it gets a workout; I'm very happy with it. 

Here is some recent pics of meals we have enjoyed.

This one had personality :-)

Fish cakes with coriander and spring onion from the Thermostruck recipe book. I will coat them in a healthy bread crumb next time for some crunch, they were amazing.

Cauliflower soup with nutmeg and parmesan from the Thermochef International Recipe Cards.

I've also made my second batch of stock using this recipe from Thermomix...I'm really pleased with it which is lucky because I use ALOT of it :-)
